You will need to get to the Terminal Rodoviário Sete Rios from the airport.
- Take metro red line direction São Sebastião
- change in São Sebastião to blueline direction Reboleira, and exit at Jardim Zoologico
- walk 4 min (200m) to Terminal Rodoviário Sete Rios
A regular bus service is run by Rede Expressos from the Sete Rios, Lisboa bus station (located next to train station) to the busstop Ginjal in Belmonte.
It’s about a 25 minute drive to the sanctuary from here and taxi’s cost around €25. It is best to arrange a pickup from here.
There is a coffee shop opposite the bus stop in Ginjal.
